Aluminium chlorohydrate inDrilling mud additivesHow to use it during processing. With the continuous development of the petroleum industry, pollutants that occur during the production process enter the environment through various channels, especially those containing drilling waste mud pits that are scattered near farmland. With the overflow of rainwater, it causes significant damage to the agricultural production during this period. Therefore, the treatment of abandoned drilling mud is particularly important.
General drilling mud wastewater treatment process:
Raw sewage → screening → coagulation → sedimentation → filtration adsorption → water treatment
The raw sewage is first pretreated through a sieve to retain some suspended solids, then enters the coagulation equipment. The suspended solids form flocs using the coagulation method. After sedimentation, the flocs form sludge deposition. At this point, the effluent contains a small amount of suspended solids soluble organic matter. The suspended solids are first filtered with quartz sand, then the dissolved organic matter in the water is removed with activated carbon.
One of the commonly used methods in the treatment of drilling mud wastewater is to use coagulants to remove suspended solids the water. Aluminium chlorohydrate has a wide application scale, is easy to form alum flowers quickly, has good sedimentation performance, is suitable for a wide scale of PH value, is less corrosive to equipment. Cooperative polyacrylamide application can produce outstanding coagulation.
